Flexible Working

The NHS Trusts in Cornwall have Flexible Working policies, which apply to all NHS employees. There is also a statutory right to request flexible working and a duty on employers to seriously consider this request.

This has applied to staff with children aged 16 or under, or 18 or under if the child receives Disability Living Allowance, or for those caring for an adult since April 2009.
